7 days, 1:1 exchange Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

The warranty covers the item from manufacturing defects only. 

It does not cover damage due to misuse or mishandling by the buyer.

 

Warranty Claim

 

In the event that the item becomes faulty within the 7days warranty period, buyer should contract seller either by email: wanscam_sg@yahoo.com.sg or sms 82765598 to arrange a time to either meetup or bring the faulty item back to us.

We have 2 method for the warranty claims.

(a) replacement of the manufacturing defects faulty item with same item (within 7day 1:1 Warranty policy)

(b) help to send the camera back to the manufacturer for repair (after 7days warranty, buyer pay fedex shipping cost*).

In the event that the item is no longer in production or if it is beyond economical repair, manufacturer reserves the right to replace the faulty item with similar product with similar value.

 

Most of the products come with 1year free manufacturer warranty in China only, In the event if buyer wants their camera to be repair after 7days 1 to 1 exchange warranty, Buyer will need to pay the fees of Fedex shipping cost (about S$53.10*) to send back the IP Camera back to the respective manufacturer. According to our record, there are NONE of the IP camera we sold become faulty within 1 year. ^^
